I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving; full of good food and yummy leftovers.
I know I did! And considering I didn’t have too big of a cooking assignment, I was still able to take time to watch TV and enjoy the parade.
Ironically, despite having a list of fall desserts on my mental to do list that’s continually growing,
my Thanksgiving assignments this year include bread and sweet potatoes. So, I put together some sweet potato and pineapple stacks, dinner rolls, and some Cheesy bread rolls with caramelized onions. The Cheesy bread rolls were clearly the favorite.
Bread and cheese!!!!! What’s not too like???!!!
In case you have the same fondness for bread, cheese, and caramelized onions that my family has, I’ll be spending some of my time this next month trying to fool proof the recipe for you. And, hopefully you’ll be able to wow your family with your own home made cheesy bread.
