So far, I’ve used this tool primarily for bread making. I’ve used the thermometer to check the internal temperature, for doneness….and to check the temperature of the warm water used to activate the yeast. Over time, I’m certain that I will no longer need the thermometer to perform these tasks. But currently, using the thermometer brings me comfort. As I’m still knew to bread making, this tool provides me with an opportunity to check my work. For those trying out something new, a thermometer may be a nice investment.
